BRADLEY J. REEVES

Brad is the founding member of Reeves Law, PLLC. After working for several years as an attorney with larger firms in Houston—including time with an Am Law 100 firm—Brad moved to Austin and opened his own practice. This has allowed him the freedom and flexibility to represent his clients with the same high quality they have grown accustomed to, but at more economically reasonable rates.

 Brad has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2015, including being recently named a Texas Lawyer Rising Star for 2020, and he was named a 2018 Top Lawyer by Houstonia magazine. He has been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and is a member of the Texas Construction Bar, CATLA, and  various other bar-related foundations and associations.

Brad’s practice includes commercial real estate transactions and litigation, construction (contract and litigation), personal injury litigation, complex commercial litigation, oil and gas and other energy-related transactions and litigation, insurance recovery, and insurance coverage litigation. He has also handled matters involving labor and employment-related disputes, lending, banking, and patent and trademark-infringement litigation, along with having experience in regulatory compliance in various industries.

Brad understands the realities and complexities of litigation across a variety of areas, and the importance of the client’s schedule, time, profit, and reputation. He has extensive experience in providing his clients both courtroom and business solutions that are tailored to their specific needs. Brad’s practice focuses on providing sound, tailored business and legal services and advice unique to each individual or business he represents. He brings an intense, effective, and innovative approach to litigation, and his strong writing and oral argument skills have resulted in the successful representation of his clients.
